Mersey Waste (NW) Ltd is an expanding waste management company based on the Wirral. The salary starts from National Minimum Wage with the option for a review after your probation period ends. Immediate starts are available as soon as next week for the right candidate. 1 Full Time & Several Part Time roles are available.
We are looking for a Waste Operative who will assist with basic duties such as:
* Safely Loading and Offloading Waste onto vans
* Keeping the yards and vehicles clean and tidy
* Be able to communicate with our clients in a professional manner
To apply for this role you must:
* Be fit and healthy as this job is labour intensive and involves safe heavy lifting
* Be able to flexible in days worked, with the ability to occasionally work late/early or on weekends
You must have the ability to:
* Use provided phones for communicating with the office and other team members, and using apps for completing work - training will be on how to use these apps
* Learn processes quick for dealing with commercial customers
* Follow instructions to make sure jobs are correctly in a safe & efficient manner
* Follow guidance to accurately and consistently provide quotations to our customers
