My client is a well-known mental health charity looking to recruit their next People Advisor.
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. They offer flexible working with 2 days on-site in their Victoria office and the remainder working remotely.
To be considered, you will have HR generalist experience and a strong foundation in ER casework.
Salary: £38,890 per annum
Role Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, supporting and coaching managers in case management including disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, and performance matters.
2. Track, monitor, and report on ER cases for oversight and continuous improvement.
3. Advise and support line managers on a broad range of People issues.
4. Manage elements of the recruitment and onboarding process directly.
5. Support the delivery of the academy and other learning and development programmes.
6. Assist the Head of People with remuneration processes, including salary benchmarking, promotions, and benefits management.
7. Review, develop, and implement People policies and procedures.
8. Ensure policies reflect and reinforce the organisation's behaviours and values.
9. Support managers and employees with HR system queries.
10. Run reports on absence, holidays, and other People metrics.
