Robertson Recruitment are looking for a sales administrator to join a manufacturing client based in the DE7 area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a developing sales role or if someone is looking to step away from business development to focus on speaking to warm and dormant clients. You will be working within a small sales team and supporting the team with any admin based tasks.
Please be aware this is not a hybrid role.
Working hours
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Duties and Responsibilities
* Speaking to clients for aftersales process
* Getting in touch with active and dormant clients and gathering feedback
* Answering client/customer questions over phone and email
* Deal with any relevant paperwork
* Working on supply chain software - Nulogy
* Handling any other enquires
