The Burford Recruitment Company, working on behalf of a private members club, is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to support their growing culinary team.

Your role will include:
Supporting the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, seasonal menus
Leading service in their absence and supervising junior kitchen staff
Assisting with prep, plating, stock control, and kitchen cleanliness
Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Were looking for:
A creative and disciplined chef with solid classical training
Experience in a quality-led kitchen environment (pub, hotel, or members club)
Strong communication and time management skills
Passion for fresh ingredients and attention to detail
