You will lead the HR function, managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring that safer recruitment protocols and the Single Central Record (SCR) are maintained to an impeccable standard. Requirements Essential: Significant previous experience in school-based HR and personnel management. CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher is preferred. Salary and Benefits Full-time, permanent contract. Salary Range: £38,000 – £46,000 (Outer London Scale).
