The Operations manager will lead the production team and take full responsibility for its performance. * Proven SME experience manufacturing.
* At least 5-10 years’ experience within a production environment.
* Managed daily KPI’s within an industrial factory site.

Location: Hampshire – ideal for candidates based in Portsmouth and surrounding cities including Southampton, Winchester, Chichester, Basingstoke, and Guildford.
Package: £50,000 to £60,000
