About the role
We are looking for an experienced and friendly Legal Receptionist to join our dynamic team at RS CHASE LAWYERS' in Preston, VIC. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression of our firm. This full time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, with the chance to develop your skills and grow your career.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
* Answering and directing incoming phone calls efficiently
* Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
* Maintaining a well organised and tidy reception area and office area
* Performing various other administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
* Demonstrated experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other standard office software
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
* The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour
