These are part‑time posts; salary will be pro‑rated to hours worked.
The positions are fixed term until 31/03/2027.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our Citizen Services team.
The role involves working in a call centre environment across a diverse range of services, providing high‑quality customer service to support citizens of West Dunbartonshire and contributing to the development and delivery of a comprehensive, customer‑focused, effective range of council‑wide business support.
Key responsibilities include managing a large volume of telephone calls, ensuring systems are accurately maintained and up to date in compliance with procedures, and completing referrals for other services.
Requirements
* Completed Level 1 Disclosure prior to formal offer.
