* Do you hold a Level 3 TAQA or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications (or equivalent, A1, etc)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Lead to join our construction team as we continue our journey to excellence. Working with the Work Based Learning Manager, you will primarily manage a small team of assessors working across the Carpentry, Brickwork, and Maintenance Operations apprenticeship Standards. Closely monitoring the delivery of the programmes, you will ensure KPI’s are consistently exceeded, using interventions where required to drive overall performance.
Ideally, you will have a background in teaching/assessing/quality assurance from a construction education setting. However, we would be keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate high levels of knowledge of apprenticeship Standards delivery, with a proven ability to motivate and support staff and provide high levels of overall team performance.

You'll require
* Proven experience in leading quality assurance.
* An in depth understanding of the current apprenticeship system.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Excellent report writing and data analysis skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and drive action.
* Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of timely achievement.
