As a
Network Operations Centre (NOC) Engineer
you'll join our global network monitoring team and become part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge telecoms technologies and enterprise-grade networks.
What You'll Be Doing
* Monitoring alarms and taking proactive/reactive action to maintain network health.
* Performing initial troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed.
* Raising and managing trouble tickets through resolution.
* Coordinating with field engineers, 2nd/3rd line support, and third-party vendors.
* Participating in root cause analysis and contributing to continuous improvement.
* Analysing performance data to prevent faults before they occur.
* Documenting solutions and sharing knowledge across the team.
* Ensuring customer SLAs are met with professionalism and urgency.
What We're Looking For
You don't need to tick every box, if you've got a solid foundation in IT support and a hunger to learn, we want to hear from you.
* Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or NOC environments.
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and troubleshooting workflows.
* Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, OSI model, subnetting).
* Exposure to routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.) and firewalls.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Willingness to learn telecoms technologies like DWDM, SONET, and optical networks.
