Neil's Steels Ltd is a family-run business running across two sites and one of the leading specialists in structural steel fabrication across the UK.
We have provided an extensive range of projects for a diverse scope of clients, noticeably the Blue Peter Stand at the Chelsea Flower Show 2022.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company's senior-level managers.
Executive Assistant's responsibilities;
* Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
* Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
* Manage calendars
* Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
* Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
* Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
* Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
* Organize and maintain the office filing system
* Manage social media accounts & regular communication with existing and new customers
* Be open to using new technology to support this e.g. Mailchimp & Zoho Books
Requirements and skills;
* Excellent MS Office & Excel knowledge
* Previous administrative experience
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Discretion and confidentiality
25 Hours per week - Monday to Friday 8-1 pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
