You must be a driven and self motivated Individual who is able to demonstrate a passion for excellence combined with an extremely keen eye for precision detail of all tasks undertaken by the cleaning team ensuring they meet the clients SLAs Ideally You will be experienced and from a corporate hospitality or similar background which would prove advantageous. Responsibilities: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven cleaning supervisor to support our onsite Contracts Manager) in delivering “Best Standards” at our partner’s scheme, Knights Brampton. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous supervisory experience with the ability to engage with, motivate and train staff. You will need a “jump in and clean when needed ” attitude with a personality to fit in with our existing committed team. This is a great opportunity to make the role your own. If you have the ability to contribute to our team and want to help promote both the clients and our values, want to further your development learn and progress your career then we would love to hear from you Role Specifications: · Ability to communicate effectively to the on site cleaning team and conduct Yourself in a professional manner at all times. · Ability to use app based technology to complete site audits · Ensure both the Client and Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to · Maintain cleaning cupboards, ensuring they are stocked and clean · Complete any reporting forms and paperwork as required · Comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, statutory regulations relating to your workplace, this will include but not limited to fire; health and safety; hygiene; working safely; COSHH. · Report and take necessary action for any incidents or accidents, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities · To deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to your manager. · To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the team Role Requirements: · Have the right to work in the UK · Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and Safety on sites · A uniform will be provided which must be worn with care being clean and ironed at all times Working Hours for a Cleaning Support Manager - 20 - With Immediate Start Monday to Friday 17:50 -21:50 Salary and Benefits: £16.00 Location: The Brampton. Newcastle-under-Lyme. ST5 0QW
