CEN Resources is partnering with a successful and growing engineering consultancy based in Glasgow. Due to expansion, they are hiring a Senior Process Engineer. The company operates in various industries such as Energy, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, and Life Sciences. Responsibilities:
* Support Lead Process and Process Safety Engineers in process design across project phases.
* Develop sizing calculations for process equipment and prepare datasheets.
* Prepare process equipment and instrument documentation.
* Contribute to engineering drawings and review design documents.
* Stay updated with standards, software, and procedures.
* Proficiently use AutoCAD and process simulators; site experience is a plus.
* Conduct site visits for surveys and meetings.
* Support process safety deliverables such as HAZID, HAZOP, DSEAR, and HAC studies.
* Prepare process specifications, diagrams, and data sheets.
Qualifications & Desirable Skills:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.
* Experience in process design in chemical plants.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in teams.
* Customer-facing experience.
* Experience with process safety deliverables.
