With a focus on high-quality installations, maintenance and client service excellence, they require a strong administrative professional to support their operations team. Purpose of Role The Electrical Admin will provide essential administrative support to the operations team, ensuring smooth scheduling of electrical works, efficient contractor engagement, and excellent documentation and customer service. This role contributes to the professional delivery of projects and helps maintain high standards of service for the business and its clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the operations administration for electrical works, including scheduling, contractor assignments, work-orders and follow-ups. Liaise with contractors and internal teams to coordinate visits, install dates, site access, materials and logistics. Maintain the service database: inputting job details, client contact information, status updates, completion notes and invoicing triggers. Produce and distribute job packs (site briefings, health & safety documents, risk assessments) to contractors and internal staff. Track and monitor contractor performance and job progress, escalating delays or issues to the operations manager. Respond to client queries and requests (phone, email, in person), ensuring high levels of customer care and professional communication. Assist with compliance and documentation: maintaining records of inspections, certificates, warranties, safety documentation and any regulatory obligations. Prepare regular reports on job status, contractor utilisation, backlog, completion rates, and other KPIs as requested by senior management. Support invoicing & billing process by providing timely documentation to finance and confirming job completion with site teams. Maintain office systems (electronic and paper) to ensure all documents are filed, accessible and up to date; assist with archiving older records according to policy. Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as required, including ordering supplies, managing agendas for operational meetings, and updating contact lists and contractor databases.
