This is a brand-new opportunity for an experienced Test Lead to join our growing Change Team and work alongside a passionate team of change professionals to help successfully deliver our Change Portfolio through a period of significant business transformation and Continuous Improvement.
As a senior member of the Change Team, you will be the primary architect and guardian of test quality. This role requires you to be both a strategic visionarydesigning the roadmapand a tactical leader, supporting project delivery.
You will set the strategic testing direction required to deliver first-class member services, while remaining close to project activity to unblock delivery. You are responsible for the full testing lifecycle, ensuring all products, applications and systems function correctly prior to release.
