Key Responsibilities
1. Service, maintain, and repair mechanical handling and lifting equipment
2. Carry out inspection, warranty, and repair work to high quality standards
3. Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently
4. Complete all job documentation accurately and promptly
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a professional approach
6. Follow safety procedures and support wider health & safety initiatives
7. Continuously develop product and technical knowledge
Key Skills & Requirements
8. Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Electrical Engineering background
9. Multi-skilled with hands-on experience in mechanical, hydraulic & DC electrical systems
10. Familiar with diagnostic tools and software
11. Confident using laptops, tablets, and smartphones for reporting and diagnostics
12. Full UK Driving Licence
13. Excellent communication and customer service skills
14. Quality-focused with a proactive attitude to learning and improvement
15. Able to build trust and long-term rapport with customers
