Project Officer – Town Centre Regeneration
Salary: £28,598 - £31,022 (£17,158 - £18,613 pro‑ra)
Part Time – 22.2 Hours a week (0.6 FTE)

About The Role
This is a 2‑year Fixed Term Contract, part time 22.2 hours a week (0.6 FTE). Are you passionate about shaping vibrant, thriving town centres? We’re looking for a Project Officer to join our dynamic Major Projects and Regeneration Team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of exciting regeneration projects that will transform our town centre, communities and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate board meetings and manage project documentation
* Support procurement and contract processes
* Maintain risk registers and lessons learned logs
* Liaise with stakeholders and respond to project enquiries
* Assist with budget monitoring and data presentation
About You
If you’re detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll have excellent administrative, communication and customer‑service skills, be able to identify and manage issues and risks to projects, and be a great team player using your initiative to problem‑solve and keep projects moving forward.
