Offer description

TG Commercials are looking for a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office experience who is looking to develop their skills further. Full training will be provided, including support with website administration and document preparation.

This is a part time role 3 days a weeks working at our Hellaby branch with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing general administrative support to the team
* Assisting with the day-to-day running of the office
* Supporting the maintenance and updating of the company website
* Creating and preparing proformas and other business documents
* Managing emails, filing, and data entry
* Liaising with internal departments and external contacts as required

The Ideal Candidate

* Previous experience working in an office environment (preferred)
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail
* Professional and friendly communication skills
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes
