Job Description
OTE GBP £42,000.00/year. Overview: Business Development Manager - Automotive Parts, GBP £32,000 basic with bonus opportunity of GBP £10,000 per annum plus a company car. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5.30 pm, open to discussion.
We are seeking an ambitious and talented Trade Parts Business Development Manager to join our successful team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of automotive parts, either franchise or aftermarket, and a passion for the industry.
This role involves developing and growing trade parts sales within the Trade Hub area, building strong relationships with independent garages, body shops, and fleet sectors, and expanding parts ranges purchased. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, working within sales strategies, supporting the Trade Hub team, and developing relationships with the Tele-Sales team to achieve sales targets.
Requirements include prior experience in a similar automotive environment, proven sales record in B2B trade parts, IT literacy (Excel, Word, CDK/Kerridge preferred), financial monitoring skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
