An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation across the rural, agricultural and commercial sectors.
This role sits within a growing Commercial Property team and offers something increasingly difficult to find at junior level: direct access to an experienced Partner who is genuinely committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of lawyers. The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers from day one, gaining meaningful responsibility and hands‑on experience across a broad range of matters.
The caseload is deliberately varied and provides exposure to a mix of commercial property transactions, alongside specialist work in areas such as agricultural property and the energy sector. It is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor looking to build a well‑rounded skillset and develop expertise across multiple disciplines within real estate.
Whilst part of a larger and highly successful Commercial Property practice, the local office offers a close-knit team environment where junior lawyers are given support, visibility and opportunities to progress. The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years' PQE
* Experience gained within a Commercial Property, Residential Property or Agricultural Property team
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Keen to develop broad Commercial Property expertise
* Looking for a role offering genuine mentoring and long-term progression
