The Role
You are a Civil Design Engineer eager to work on projects you can genuinely take pride in. As part of our Manchester team, you will design and deliver high-quality public realm, masterplanning, and large-scale projects across education, healthcare, residential schemes, and prestigious masterplans. You will collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment that values design excellence, creativity, and quality over corporate targets.
Responsibilities
You will take ownership of delivering high-quality highways and drainage designs for development-related infrastructure, liaise directly with clients, mentor junior colleagues, and play a key role in flagship projects.
About You
* Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Experience in highways and drainage design for building-related infrastructure
* Proficiency in Civil 3D and MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage
