Days & Hours – Mon – Fri, 8:45am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch) + 1 Sat in every 4, 9am – 1pm

We are seeking an ENERGETIC and ENTHUSIASTIC customer service specialist, preferably with a background in property or looking to start a career in the industry.
Our Property Managers are crucial in providing high-quality service to our landlord and tenant customers throughout their tenancy. We value individuals with excellent communication and relationship skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The role of a Property Manager:
You will manage your own portfolio of properties across our 60 brands, building relationships with colleagues and customers, and acting as the main contact for tenants and landlords requiring support during their tenancy.
Your responsibilities include:
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance
* Communicating with tradespeople and contractors, updating customers
* Organizing safety inspections and managing remedial works
* Conducting property visits and liaising with landlords
* Assisting with tenancy queries
* Conducting weekly partnership and welcome calls
* Responding promptly and courteously to communication from landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues
* Providing excellent service to maximize customer retention
* Meeting deadlines, maintaining service levels, and achieving KPIs
Knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and landlord contracts is essential. Full training will be provided.
