You will be responsible for working with service users through early interventions such as Bail Supervision Service, Diversion from Prosecution and Structured Deferred Sentence. You will be involved in all aspects of case management such as duty, Health & Safety, risk assessment, report writing, group work and working in collaboration with Social Workers across Justice Services. The ideal candidate will have Justice experience, work well as part of a team, have a resilient pro social attitude, possess excellent report writing abilities and verbal communication skills. You will need good time management and people skills. Previous experience in delivering offence focussed work would be beneficial to this setting.
