KPI Recruiting is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant to join our Technology Division. If you excel at building relationships, and have a keen eye for identifying top technology talent, we want to hear from you What will the day-to-day duties involve? Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into workplaces. Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities. Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure suitability for client roles. Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively match them with suitable job opportunities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback. Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Technology clients Assist in ensuring that the end-to-end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times. Work in close conjunction with the wider teams to share best practice What we would like to see from you? Full UK driving license Essential to have 2 years’ experience in a recruitment role, specifically within Technology. Essential, proven business development experience. Essential 360 recruitment experience. Understanding of Digital & Data Transformation is preferred Experience working with DevOps, Full-stack Developers and Data talent is also desired Professional conduct Great Attention to detail Excellent communication and influencing skills Ability to manage your own time Self-starter, with problem solving skills Always maintains a sense of humour Why work for KPI Recruiting?
