We are seeking a dedicated, qualified MOT TESTER to join a privately-owned main dealer group at their Barnstaple dealership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated MOT Tester who takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient, and high‑quality MOT inspections. You will play a vital role in ensuring vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
* Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently
* Identify and communicate repair requirements clearly and professionally
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and DVSA regulations
What We’re Looking For
* A current MOT Tester licence issued by DVSA
* Proven experience within a workshop or testing environment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
* Good communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
