M365 Messaging Administrator
Join our global Operations team supporting Microsoft 365 and related technologies. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 or Entra, providing operational support for messaging and collaboration technologies, participating in on‑call rotations, handling after‑hours support, and delivering reporting and updates to the hiring manager.
Responsibilities
* Provision of technical support for service management functions, resolving complex issues for selected clients.
* Execute preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software and utilise monitoring tools/metrics to identify, prevent and address potential issues.
* Maintain a knowledge base with detailed documentation of resolved cases, supporting self‑service and knowledge sharing.
* Analyse system logs, error messages and user reports to identify root causes of issues and provide resolutions by fixing or replacing components, reinstalling software or applying configuration changes.
* Implement automation, monitoring enhancements, capacity management, resiliency, business continuity management and stakeholder management.
* Identify and remediate potential service‑impacting risks and issues, raising them through appropriate processes.
* Proactively assess support activities and implement automations where appropriate to maintain stability and drive efficiency, tuning monitoring tools, thresholds and alerting.
Qualifications
* Strong Entra ID Administration / Entra Connect experience.
* Strong integration and federation skills with Entra.
* Strong Azure / M365 Platform knowledge.
* Experience with Copilot / Copilot Studio / Agents.
* Exchange Online, M365 Tenant Platform, Graph API / API development skills.
* Experience with Entra Backup solutions such as Rubrik.
