We are working with an elite Belfast-based law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation practice.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Dispute Resolution team, working on a broad range of high-profile commercial disputes. The candidate will play a key role in advising high-profile clients, including financial institutions, public bodies, and property developers, in some of the most prominent commercial disputes in Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities include advising clients on commercial and contractual disputes, corporate crime, regulatory inquiries and investigations, reputation management, and arbitration. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria:
* 1-5 PQE;
* Strong background in commercial disputes within a medium to large commercial firm;
* Ability to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
* Outstanding academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
