Responsibilities:
* As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to support students with diverse learning needs.
* Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans.
* As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will provide targeted support to individuals and small groups based on their learning requirements.
* Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
* As a SEN Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with parents and other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
* Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in supporting students with SEN is advantageous.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
* Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
