TEAM LEADERSHIP AND COLLABORATION
* Inspire, develop and lead a high-performing leisure team that shares your passion for excellence and innovation.
* Forge strong cross-functional partnerships with marketing, sales venue operations, event teams and the Silverstone Museum to amplify the impact of leisure initiatives.
* Build meaningful relationships with local businesses, schools, and corporate clients to expand Silverstone’s customer base and strengthen community ties.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND COMPLIANCE
* Own and managed the operational delivery of the leisure portfolio, identifying efficiencies whilst maintaining standards.
* Drive best in class delivery through robust processes, training and safety standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

* Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial management.
* A degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
