Your new role
1. Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the site
2. Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely
3. Ensurepliance with relevant electrical and safety regulations
4. Support operational uptime and site reliability
5. Work collaboratively with other engineers, supervisors, and operational staff
6. Maintain accurate records of works, inspections, and permits
7. You will work a repeating rotational schedule consisting of days, nights, and rest periods:3 days on → 2 days off →2 nights on → 3 days off → 2 days on → 2 days off → 3 nights on → 2 days off → 2 days on → 3 days off → 2 nights on → 2 days off → 2 days onThis rotation provides a predictable monthly structure and regular rest periods.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
9. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
10. Experience in building services, facilities maintenance, or a similar environment
11. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team
