Overview
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our hospitality catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys early starts, is passionate about food, and wants a better work-life balance with no weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
* Lead and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high standards
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
* Assist with menu planning and development
* Manage stock and ordering where required
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a Sous Chef role within a hospitality or contract catering environment
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* A genuine passion for food and presentation
* Flexibility to work two to three evenings a week as part of a weekday schedule
