Our client, is one of the fastest growing retailers with a network of stores across the UK and Europe. They are currently recruiting for a PMO / Project Manager paying up to £80,000 to lead the build, installation and commissioning of a new national distribution centre based within the Midlands
Reporting directly to their Supply Chain Director successful candidates will be responsible for delivering this large-scale warehouse automation project on time and within budget.
On a day to day basis as a PMO / Project Manager your key tasks will be:
* Working with stakeholders across the group to deliver the project against pre-agreed Key Performance Indicators.
* Leading, developing and training your team.
* Identifying risks & issues to develop solutions that deliver the project.
* Undertaking analysis of the project and programme data to identify trends and inform business planning.
* Driving efficiencies across the project programme.
* Working closely with this retailers’ partners and monitoring their performance.
* Managing the Capex budget through to project delivery.
* Strategically leading the project
* Regularly reviewing compliance and ensuring corporate governance
