Highly Organised PA Required in Lincoln Your new company Working for a family-run student accommodation provider in Lincoln who own and manage multiple properties/apartments and maintain them to the highest standards Your new role Administrative Support: Providing full administrative and PA support to the business director. Diary Management: Managing diaries and scheduling appointments Email Management: Typing form dictation Meeting Coordination: Organising meetings, taking minutes, and preparing paperwork. Correspondence and Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Report Preparation: Preparing monthly reports and paperwork for meetings. Project Support: Assisting with property-related projects and tasks. Other Administrative Duties: Managing incoming emails and post, and handling ad hoc administrative duties. What you'll need to succeed Strong Organisational Skills: Highly organised with a keen attention to detail. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidentiality: Ability to maintain a professional and confidential environment. Proficiency in Software: Good understanding and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
