Job Title: Business Analysis Officer
The University of South Wales’ IT Services provide high-quality technology solutions and services to support learning, teaching, the web presence, and the research operations of the University. We have a proven record of responding to customer needs using evolving technologies. Working within USW IT Services, the role of Business Analysis Officer is key to supporting the university's strategic planning and change initiatives.
Role Overview
You will help USW develop our functions, services, and products to meet organizational goals, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across the University. The successful candidate will work on new and existing digital projects and services, understanding issues affecting current processes, identifying future needs, and creating effective digital and business solutions. You will also lead Lean Process and Process Re-engineering initiatives.
Location and Employment Details
This position is based at the Treforest campus, utilizing a hybrid model of remote and onsite work.
If you are a successful candidate and this is your first professional services role at the University (or you are currently employed by PSS Ltd), you will be employed by Professional and Support Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of South Wales.
