Real Recruitment are currently recruiting a Gluing Machine Minder for our client who is based in Aylesford- (ME20) on a Permanent basis.

The role of Machine Minder involves overall minding and maintenance of the companies Gluing Machinery.
Whats Available To You:
* £33,000 - £37,000 dependent on experience
* 25 days holiday entitlement + 8 Statutory Bank Holiday allowance
* 20% Shift Premium Payable when on the night shift
* 15% Shift Premium Payable between 6pm-10pm
* Overtime available, paid at x1.5 standard hourly rate
Working Hours: 3-week rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday 0600-1400 / 1400-2200 / 2200-0600
About The Job Role of Machine Minder:
Make Ready and Run work as efficiently as possible whilst meeting safety, quality and productivity targets
Complete all necessary administration including data entry onto the business IM systems
Identify any maintenance issue and resolve where possible, or communicate with appropriate personnel in line with departmental procedures
Ensure quality checks are carried out as per company guidelines
Responsible for ensuring the machines, tooling, auxiliary equipment and working area are kept clean, safe and organised
