* Support cost control initiatives and identify areas for efficiency improvements.

* Provide detailed variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience within accounting and finance functions, ideally in the leisure, travel, and tourism industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
