We provide products and services that bring real added value to our customers, ensuring a unique sensory cup experience through consistency, real-time connectivity, high productivity, and ease of maintenance through our industry-leading after-sales service. Eversys UK Limited and Eversys Ireland Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland, is becoming the leading commercial espresso machine supplier in both markets.

From our Operations Centre in Crawley, West Sussex, Eversys UK Ltd (a subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland), we directly employ a highly skilled team of Field Service Engineers who travel throughout the country to provide maintenance services to our Coffee Machine Customers. We also operate a Customer Service Centre covering both the UK and Ireland, Service Module Remanufacturing Facility with Logistics Support and Warehousing using our team of skilled Operatives based out of our Crawley Site.

We are currently advertising for 1 x Customer Service Administrator position.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Ensure database functions are completed diligently and accurately
* Receive and process clients' service requests by phone and online
* Ensure that the electronic booking system is up-to-date and accurate at all times
* Process client orders and calls accurately and promptly
* Handle any customer problems or complaints in a professional and polite manner
* Work with the accounts department to aide in the resolution of any customer queries or issues with billing
* Develop and maintain effectively communication links and good working relationships with staff, clients and the manufacturing base in Switzerland

Qualifications and Skills

A degree level of education is preferred, but not essential; applicants with previous experience in a similar role and proven competency with working around computer databases will be given equal consideration to those with academic backgrounds during the selection process.

Hours: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with Weekend Overtime ( 1 in 4 weekends)

Salary from: £25,000 per annum (including Regular Attendance Bonus)

Training: Full training provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Crawley RH10 9NX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
