We are looking for a proactive Delivery / Post Room Assistant to join a prestigious US law firm in London. In this hands-on role, you will ensure the smooth running of the office’s mail, courier, and stationery services. You will manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, assist with customs documentation, maintain stationery supplies, and provide support across the office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a mailroom or office services environment, strong organisational skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach. You should be confident handling multiple tasks, familiar with courier tracking systems, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
