Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant/Administrator to work with a specialist Independent grounds work company that is growing rapidly. Based in Chandlersford
Responsibilities and Duties
* Entering Supplier invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements
*
Dealing with disputes
*
Payment runs
*
Inputting invoices
*
General accounts administration
* Subcontract ledger
*
Working alongside the construction team.
*
Entering timesheets into Excel
*
Checking and sending off Agency timesheets.
*
Weekly salary wages, entering timesheet and submitting to Accounts
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience of a similar role. (ESSENTIAL)
* Sound knowledge and use of Microsoft Office particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. (ESSENTIAL)
* Ability to type quickly and accurately. (ESSENTIAL)
* Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills. (ESSENTIAL)
* Familiar with Xero accounting system (DESIRABLE)
* Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
* Well-presented and friendly manner required to represent the company.

* Salary – Up tp £30,000 per year
