About the Practice:
Our client is a well-established, design-led architectural practice located in the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ UK practice experience, with a proven track record across all stages of construction, from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the production of technical packages using Autodesk Revit.
* Manage detailed BIM models, ensuring design integrity and technical accuracy.
* Oversee the development of construction documentation, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards.
* Provide mentorship and support to junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of BIM protocols and workflows.
* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, codes, and best practices.
* Participate in site inspections and coordinate with project teams throughout all project stages.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience using Autodesk Revit in a professional setting.
* Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
* Proven track record delivering residential and hotel projects through all RIBA stages.
* Excellent technical design skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for quality design and technical delivery.
