BMS Engineer
Region: Taunton/Somerset
Schneider Electric is looking for a BMS Service Engineer to support a diverse customer base, including several blue‑chip accounts. You will deliver BMS support to local customer sites, develop relationships, and drive service transformation.
What will you do?
* Operate within Schneider Electric policies to work safely and responsibly, taking a zero‑tolerance approach to unsafe behaviour.
* Take ownership of your customer base to meet or exceed contractual requirements.
* Deliver a best‑in‑class service.
* Work closely with customers to identify operational issues and resolve them.
* Provide clear, concise service reports that demonstrate Schneider Electric’s value.
* Proactively identify and quote solutions for improvements, upgrades or repairs.
* Identify energy and enhancement projects to provide recommendations and opportunities beneficial for both parties.
* Advise and assist Operations Managers and Sales with larger opportunities.
* Participate in the team call‑out rota and support other team members where possible.
What qualifications will make you successful?
* Electrical qualification or background, plus BMS and/or HVAC industry experience.
* Previous experience in a field service environment where customer care was essential.
* Motivated individual willing to learn about Schneider Electric’s product range.
* Demonstrated work experience and a strong track record in a similar role.
* Positive attitude and constructive approach.
* Full UK driving licence.
