This is an excellent opportunity for a research professional with a strong understanding of research methodologies, capable of asking the right questions and identifying effective research and analytical methods to solve business problems.

What we are looking for:
* Ability to lead both quantitative and qualitative research to a high standard.
* Skill in synthesizing data and insights from various sources into a cohesive story, including secondary market data and primary research outputs.
* Understanding of how brand research can add value to strategic decision-making.
* Experience in sharing insights and driving change across large organizations.
* Ability to work well in a high-performing team and support junior members.
* Excellent presentation skills, able to explain findings confidently to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
* Effective project management skills, proactively identifying risks and blockers.
