We value every colleague and the contribution they make. The role will provide administrative and candidate support for the recruitment and on-boarding process.

The role is the first point of contact for prospective new colleagues and provides a good impression of Llamau through a responsive and high-quality service, with positive and clear communication.

Main Duties

1. Recruitment: Prepare and upload job adverts accurately across agreed platforms. Schedule interviews, maintain recruitment records and support hiring managers with administrative tasks throughout the recruitment process
2. Candidate experience: Manage candidate applications, respond to queries and provide timely updates to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment journey
3. Onboarding administration: Coordinate pre-employment checks and risk assessments, prepare offer letters and contracts, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and on time. Welcoming new colleagues and introducing them to HR processes at induction.
4. Systems and reporting: Maintain recruitments and HR systems, producing reports and updates as required to support effective workforce planning.
5. Assist with project work to support the recruitment strategy or any other relevant HR projects. Represent Llamau at Job Fairs and other recruitment events.
6. Reception cover in Head office, including holidays and lunch breaks.
7. Assist with any other general admin tasks as directed
