Your Mission
As Team Leader in Selfridges Birmingham. You are key to ensuring daily operational excellence, motivating the team, and delivering a seamless luxury experience to every client.
Team Animation & Coaching
* Support, guide, and motivate Fragrance Advisors on the sales floor.
* Uphold and embody the Retail Excellence ceremonial and service standards.
* Contribute to onboarding and continuous training of new team members.
* Act as a role model and operational leader, maintaining team spirit and engagement.
* Actively contribute to achieving boutique sales targets and KPIs.
* Identify client needs and opportunities to drive business results.
* Support the Store Manager in analysing performance and implementing commercial actions.
Operational & Brand Standards
* Supervise daily operations including openings, closings, and stock organisation.
* Ensure impeccable visual presentation and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Represent the Maison with expertise, passion, and elegance at all times.
Profile
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in high-end retail, ideally within niche perfumery or luxury beauty.
* Previous team coordination or supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a leadership mindset.
* Keen sense of detail, positive attitude, and true passion for fragrances.
* Fluent in English; any additional language is an advantage.
