Hasbro European Services provides various services to Hasbro business units in Europe and the Middle East and Africa.
Are you the next eCommerce Analyst for the Hasbro Amazon account? Based in Stockley Park, West London. In - office Tuesday to Thursday (non-negotiable), you will be a key member of the Amazon team, directly driving sales and improving performance through data analysis. Using your expertise, you will partner with Amazon teams, both internal and external, to provide insights, trends and recommendations on the Amazon business, focusing on items, brands and countries to drive continual improvement.
You will create regular reports from various data points against the agreed KPIs, recommend best practices to maximise POS, traffic, ROI, campaign & range performance.
Responsibilities include the following:
Marketing
1. Perform ROI analysis on promotional campaigns focusing on range, discount search, display and CRM to recommend best ROAS opportunities.
2. Deliver data-driven insights that lead to increased traffic, on-site conversion and ROAS on Amazon.
3. Provide insights to marketing and retail teams when planning & developing marketing initiatives to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase basket spend.
4. Through analysis of market trend data, identify strategic implications and recommendations to help identify business issues and opportunities.
5. Analysis of brand store and GV performance.
Amazon Insights
Utilising the data within Vendor Central, provide insights on keywords and shopper behaviour that can be utilised to improve conversion.
6. Report on pre-order programmes for agreed new product/brand launches.
7. Analyse and report on the impacts of OOS and Lost buy box on total Amazon performance.
8. Work with Amazon Ops Manager to identify trends for improvement within the Operational metrics.
9. Weekly analysis of Amazon sales, monitor and track sell-through rates to aid with forecast improvements.
Market Trends & Insights
Through analysis of market trend information, draw out strategic implications and recommendations to help identify business issues and opportunities.
10. Use external and internal data sources to drive business improvements.
Experience and Skills required:
Degree calibre or experience in the e-Commerce channel.
11. Experience in data analysis, ideally within e-commerce/digital environment.
12. Experience using consumer and market trend information to draw out strategic implications and recommendations to company’s business opportunities in the E-commerce channel.
13. Creative thinker with the ability to show information in a highly visual way.
14. Excellent quantitative analysis skills - gathering and analysing large amounts of data to help identify, validate and communicate trends.
15. Proven data gathering and analytical skills - experience with secondary data sources (NPD, Nielsen, Kantar, IRI data).
16. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
17. Must be proficient with MS Excel and PowerPoint, and Power BI is also advantageous.
18. Ability to forge strong relationships both internally and externally.
