Equans is looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join our team in Lincolnshire on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
We are looking for someone ideally with a mechanical and or electrical background
What will you deliver?
1. Responsible for the supervision of a team of trade operatives and sub-contractors delivering a wide range of Refurbishment works
2. Responsible for the efficient use of resources and ensuring that, job planning, appointments, resource allocation, materials, plant and equipment are effectively utilised and continuously improved in accordance with service delivery targets
3. Support the Contracts Manager in compiling all pre-start information
4. Provide structured approach to project planning; to include health and safety, execution methods and quality
5. Provide project & weekly programme information and KPIs and feed back into monitoring and reporting systems
6. Provide project direction, focus and consistency across the team & project

Who are we looking for?
18. Higher National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent experience
19. Experience in working on high value low rise schemes
20. Experience of Refurbishment contracts and relevant knowledge of building legislation and building and construction projects
21. Experience of managing specialist sub-contract supply chains
22. Effectively manage time in order to meet deadlines
23. Up to date relevant knowledge and experience of Health and Safety legislation
