Role:
Working closely with the Assistant Director of Finance, you will the management accounting and act as a key business partner across the organisation.
Duties will include;
1. Preparing monthly management accounts including preparing monthly reports for the senior management team, and preparing quarterly capital expenditure reports for multiple capital projects
2. Conducting budget holder meetings to review and challenge financial performance. Supporting and improving financial understanding across the company
3. Managing year end accounting processes including the development of the year end timetable, preparing statutory workbooks and submissions to the regulator
4. Taking responsibility for cashflow forecasting to support liquidity management
5. Leading the annual budgeting process with budget holders, compiling a detailed quarterly reforecast of the financial position in conjunction with budget holders

The successful Management Accountant:
6. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification preferred but not essential
7. Have the gravitas to partner with stakeholders across the organisation
8. Well rounded management accounting experience is essential
