The role
It’s never been a more exciting time to consider an opportunity with our wholesale, franchise and licensing team. Known internally as WFLE, our dynamic team continues to massively grow this area of our business each year, through continued strong partnerships with the world's leading fashion businesses allowing us to reach millions of more customers every day.
This year is the biggest yet and we're now looking for a Senior wholesale account executive who will support our team and help them to deliver rapid growth. This key role is essential building on and further supporting our WFLE partners as we continue to expand this fast moving channel within our business. A great opportunity for someone with experience working with account management and partner relations and with a passion for fashion and looking for their next step in their career.
Working within our wholesale, franchise and licensing team, the Senior wholesale account executive will take full ownership of high-value accounts, spearheading growth strategies and serving as a key strategic partner to our global fashion affiliates. Reporting to the Senior Wholesale Manager, you will lead the charge in hitting revenue targets, maximizing category opportunities, and mentoring junior members of the WFLE team.
What will I be doing?
* Strategic Account Management: Lead the end-to-end management of major WFLE partner accounts, to ensure long-term relationship growth
* Performance Leadership: Chair weekly and monthly business meetings with partners to review performance, identifying high-level trends and implementing strategic actions
* Market Week Strategy: Oversee market organization; you will lead the presentation of collections, influence partner growth, and support partner needs internally
* Business Development: Drive the end-to-end process for setting up new partner accounts, ensuring seamless integration across departments, DC, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Merch, Buying, and Design
* Advanced Forecasting: Develop forecasts and projections by account to drive the in-season reorder business and influence strong growth
* Inventory Optimization: Take a proactive, strategic approach to inventory management and free stock to maximize sell-through and minimize brand liability
* Commercial Reporting: Own weekly trade analysis and present to actionable insights for the senior leadership team
* Mentorship: Act as a senior figure within the WFLE team, providing guidance and support to junior team members
What skills do I need?
* Proven Experience: Extensive experience in a fast-paced wholesale environment, specifically within the fashion market, with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
* Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into growth opportunities
* Communication Excellence: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to ensure seamless cross-functional working and partner satisfaction
* Technical Mastery: Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/NuOrder for advanced data modeling and reporting
* Leadership Qualities: A natural team player who can lead projects and adapt to changing priorities with a solution-oriented mindset
* Brand Advocacy: A deep passion for the brand and the industry, acting as a leading ambassador for our 'Customer is the Boss' ethos
About the location
