Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement HCR risk and control frameworks tailored to the Markets business. Conduct Inherent Risk assessments, ensuring alignment with firm-wide standards. analyse Manager Control Assessments (MCA) data to identify deficiencies and collaborate with stakeholders for remediation. standardise HCR controls and monitoring processes to ensure effective execution across the Markets division. Engage with various stakeholders to understand risks and necessary controls, driving successful implementation. Streamline HCR reporting by identifying diverse data sources and assessing methodologies for continuous improvement.
