Were looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead from the front, and drive standards across service, team and guest experience.
Please note, this is a full-time role (40-45 hours per week)

What youll be doing
This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy, multi-revenue hospitality environment.
Youll be responsible for:
Leading the restaurant and bar operation day-to-day
Driving high standards across service, food, drinks and guest experience
Managing, developing and motivating a front of house team
Supporting recruitment, training and performance management
Working closely with the kitchen and senior leadership team
Delivering smooth, high-quality service during peak periods
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and licensing standards
This is a role where youll be visible on the floor, setting the tone and leading by example.
What were looking for
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
Background in a busy, high-volume restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop teams
Confident running service and making decisions under pressure
Solid understanding of food, drink and guest experience standards
Experience with events, premium dining or multi-revenue sites is a strong advantage
Commercial awareness around labour, sales and performance
